Enjoy the benefits of FLEX by reviewing the rider guide:

General Tips

  • Use the schedule to plan your trip.
  • Wait at the designated bus stop. Bus stops are clearly marked with FLEX signs. Call 970-221-6620 for exact locations. Plan to be at your bus stop five (5) minutes before your bus is scheduled to arrive.
  • Board the bus. If you have difficulty boarding, ask the driver for assistance.
  • Pay your fare or scan your pass when you board.
  • Signal to exit the bus. When you are a block from your destination, signal the driver to stop by pulling the cord above the windows. Remain seated until the bus comes to a complete stop.

Fares*

  • Single Ride: $1.25
  • Seniors (60+) Disabled & Medicare: $0.60
  • Youth (17 and younger): Free

*EXACT FARE ONLY. Drivers carry NO CHANGE.

Transfers

Passengers may transfer to and from FLEX on to COLT and Transfort systems. Passengers will need to pay RTD fare or use an RTD pass to board the RTD system. Pass and pricing information can be found at rtd-denver.com.

Passes

COLT, Transfort, and Eco Passes accepted. Contact agency for prices.

Holidays

FLEX does not operate on the following dates/holidays:

  • January 1
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • December 25

Bike-n-Ride

FLEX buses are equipped with racks that hold up to 3 bicycles. Racks are available on a first come, first serve basis. Only two-wheeled adult and children's bicycles fit on the bus bike racks. There is no extra charge for using the bike racks.

Wheelchair Access

All FLEX buses are wheelchair accessible.

Travel Training

Travel trainers will show you how to ride FLEX buses and plan trips. Travel training is a FREE service. To schedule training for groups or individuals, call 970.221.6620.
